During the time of Therapeutic Embrace, her first business, it was then she realized her "why" in life was to help her clients in a more clinical and therapeutic approach. Because of her athletic background and her love of running and working out, she is able to connect more with her clients and have a better understanding of how her clients feel and how to palpate their muscles to give them the best possible care that they deserve.

I graduated from Savannah School of Massage Therapy in 2002 and have almost 19 years in the Massage Profession. I started my full-time Massage career at the Westin in Savannah, Ga at the Greenbrier Spa, which later was renamed The Heavenly Spa by Westin.
With almost 9 years of experience working at one of the most sought after luxurious day spas in the US and Savannah, I gained experience in the spa environment by accepting the role of Lead Therapist and took on that role for almost 7 years.
During that time, I gained knowledge and experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Prenatal Massages, Reflexology, Body Wraps/Scrubs, numerous off-site chair massage(PR) events, and a wide array of management classes.
In December 2010, an opportunity came along to work for a Chiropractor to gain knowledge in a different area of Massage Therapy. There, I learned a more aggressive and therapeutic approach to muscle manipulation and neuromuscular techniques and stretches to apply to patients that are in a more labor-intensive work environment or patients that are experiencing acute and/or chronic pain.
Because of my love and passion for Massage Therapy, I have opened B Renewed, which is my second massage business. Previous to B Renewed, I was co-owner of the award-winning Therapeutic Embrace (September 2013-September 2019) which won awards every year it was open like Best Spa, Best Massage Therapist, Most Fabulous Spa and Spa Experience, and Best of the Best of the Coastal Empire.
